Los Angeles Classes

Diana is currently working as the Director of Mindfulness Education for UCLA's Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC). She is teaching many mindful awareness classes in Los Angeles for teens, adults, teachers, mental health professionals, and the general public.

Spirit Rock Retreats


Diana will be teaching several retreats in 2007 with Jack Kornfield, Carol Wilson, Trudy Goodman, Noah Levine, and others. Most retreats are at Spirit Rock Meditation Center in Woodacre, CA, and her April retreat is in Southern California. She will be teaching a retreat for ages 18-30 at Spirit Rock in August 2007.
